Qualifications

• Some High School
• Some prior experience in a related food service position is required.
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment and areas in kitchen and cafe to maintain sanitation.
• Empties trash and recyclables daily and disposes properly.
• Gathers soiled linen and coordinates with cleaning vendor for pickup.
• Assists Line Cooks with food preparation as needed.

Schedule:Full-Time: 12:00pm- 8:00pm including every other weekend

You, our Ideal Candidate You are detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and efficient. You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, supporting both back-of-house and dining staff with essential daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all equipment in the Main kitchen and Cafe to include, but not limited to the following: grill and fryer.
• Empties trash containers and recycle bins on all units, dining room and kitchen and disposes of in the proper areas on a daily basis.
• Gathers soiled linen on a daily basis from all units, main dining room and Bistro and ensures it is ready for pickup by cleaning vendor.
• Assists Line Cooks in food preparation as needed.
