FedEx Supply Chain in Blawnox, PA is hiring a Sanitation Worker to maintain a clean, safe warehouse and office environment in line with company standards. This role supports product safety, quality, and operational integrity.

You will operate warehouse equipment safely, follow sanitation logs, manage supplies, keep floors debris-free, and report issues. High school diploma preferred; English proficiency required; customer-service oriented and a strong team player encouraged.

Qualifications

• Sanitation/janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely in warehouse and office.
• Follow sanitation logs and requirements.
• Use cleaning materials and liquids as assigned.
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and communicate reorders.
• Keep floors free of debris and maintain clean facility.
• Promote safety and report unkempt areas to supervisor.
• Remove snow as seasonally required.
• Inspect sweeper scrubber (if trained) before/after use.
• Identify areas of waste to maintain operational flow.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:00PM

Location: Blawnox, PA 15238

The Sanitation Worker is responsible for providing value to our customers by maintaining a clean, sanitary warehouse and office environment in accordance with company standards. This position is responsible for product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate equipment throughout the warehouse and office in a safe, efficient manner aligned with company standards for quality and productivity.
• Follow assigned sanitation logs and requirements.
• Use and understand cleaning materials and liquids assigned to the role.
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and communicate reorder needs.
• Ensure floors are free of debris at all times.
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout the facility.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Report any unkempt areas from previous shifts to the supervisor.
• Remove snow as seasonally required.
• If trained on a sweeper scrubber, inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working and cosmetic condition.
• Identify and address areas of waste to help maintain continuous operational flow.

Education / Experience
