Job summary

Performance Food Group in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean, safe facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. You will perform general janitorial tasks and follow health and safety guidelines.

We value reliability and teamwork, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. Candidates must pass post-offer checks; HS diploma or GED preferred. The role supports our operations by ensuring a sanitary warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned Pure Safety training modules.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• Completes all assignments and timely and accurately.
• May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
