Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is hiring a Sanitation Associate to maintain sanitation levels and recycling programs across company facilities. The role involves cleaning warehouses, breakrooms, offices, restrooms and grounds per location standards.

You will use hand brooms, blowers, vacuums, scrubbers, and aerial lifts to meet sanitation requirements; you’ll handle trash, recycling, pest control, and inventory while following OSHA, MSDS, and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
• Previous sanitation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation levels in the facility and recycling programs.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment (brooms, vacuums, scrubbers, lifts) to meet sanitation standards.
• Empty and maintain trash and recycling containers.
• Ensure pest control systems are functioning effectively.
• Maintain sanitation area, supplies, and inventory; complete cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
