Job summary

Old Wisconsin Sausage seeks a hands-on technician to disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble and test the line seven scaling and feeding system before the first shift. Responsibilities include cleaning the Triangle system and conveyors, with other duties as assigned to ensure a clean, safe production line.

Must have a high school diploma or GED with up to 3 months related experience; training for scissor lift and sanitation chemicals is provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months related experience.
Ability to use a scissor lift (training provided by OWS).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as part of duties.

Responsibilities

Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble and test-run all elements of the line seven scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start up.
Disassemble of the Triangle system.
Cleaning of the Triangle scale system.
