Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily sanitation tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with aptitude for equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read safety documents.
• Willingness to work on third shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, BRC, and FSMA food safety standards.
• Maintain correct labeling of chemical containers.
• Support pest control and safe chemical handling.
• Keep accurate records of sanitation activities.
• Track inventory of sanitation chemicals and supplies.
• Participate in safety and process-improvement teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned to protect product safety.
