Mt. Olive Pickle Company, Inc. is seeking a sanitation associate to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in its food production areas. The role focuses on preventing contamination, upholding product quality, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning, assist with line changeovers, and support audits and safety programs while working collaboratively in a team environment. Prior sanitation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sanitation certification a plus.
• Experience in a food manufacturing sanitation role preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize production areas, floors, walls, and equipment per regulations and policies.
• Perform thorough cleaning of production lines and assist with line changeovers.
• Ensure MSS completion and timely sanitation tasks to prevent production disruption.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Assist in audits and inspections related to sanitation practices.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling chemicals and sanitizers.
