Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Longmont, Colorado is seeking a Sanitation Teammate for the 2nd shift. You will help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including offices, break rooms, DC, and transportation areas.

The role offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits starting after onboarding. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform routine cleaning tasks across multiple zones while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write and understand English at a functional level for safety and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls, etc.
• Restrooms: Clean & sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies, etc.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies, etc.
• DC / Transportation: Sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: Pick-up / empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.
