Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a sanitation associate to ensure core cleanliness and product quality. You will clean all halls, ceilings, pumps, valves, aging cells and air handling units, and operate an electric hand jack. You will also handle cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitation schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong reading, organization, and communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and appearance of the product.
• Clean all halls, ceilings, light fixtures, pumps, valves, aging cells and air handling units; clean drains and PPE areas.
• Operate electric hand jack as required.
• Properly handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and master sanitation schedules.
