Job summary

Monin is seeking a Sanitation Technician to execute and document the master sanitation schedule and perform package size changeovers in a food manufacturing environment. You will work to ensure compliance with GMPs, SQF, and FDA guidelines while maintaining safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA for pre-op inspections, following work instructions, and reporting any safety or quality issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach or stoop for virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally including overhead.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document the master sanitation schedule and conduct size changeovers.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure pre-op inspections pass before startup.
• Safely handle chemicals using PPE and SDS.
• Follow SQF requirements and document quality checks.
