Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an External Sanitation to join our team. This role ensures that products are manufactured in a clean and sanitary environment that complies with federal, state, and PCNA guidelines.

Day-to-Day responsibilities include externally cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment, cleaning non-processing equipment, and maintaining sanitation logs. The position requires a high school diploma and willingness to work off-shifts in a wet environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year production or janitorial experience preferred.
• Chemical safety and Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.
• Must be able to follow written procedures.
• Able to read and understand chemical use instructions and precautions.
• Must enjoy working off-shifts and in a wet environment.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
