Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a dedicated sanitation associate to maintain a safe, hygienic facility environment in Webster, NY. This nonexempt role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include CIP verification, MSS activities, inspecting chemical storage and dispensing areas, monitoring inventory, cleaning equipment, receiving bulk chemicals, and keeping production zones and common areas spotless.

Schedule

This position will initially work Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. As business needs evolve, employees in this role may transition to a rotating 2-2-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. The 2-2-3 schedule includes working every other weekend. Candidates must be available to support both the current Monday-Friday schedule and a future rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend, based on business needs.

• Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
• Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
• Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.

Base pay range: $25—$29 USD
