Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is hiring for a Sanitation team member on the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will clean, sanitize, and maintain production rooms and equipment in a safe, hygienic environment.

Starting pay is $27.07/hour, increasing to $27.35 after 90 days and $28.17 after one year, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered at Masters Gallery Foods.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to visually inspect equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to read chemical labels and understand safe handling.
• Completion of sanitation chemical safety training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for cleaning by removing product and disassembling components.
• Clean equipment thoroughly using air, water, cleaning solutions and scrubbing.
• Rinse and sanitize small parts in the COP tank with heated solutions.
• Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions accurately.
• Sanitize all food-contact surfaces with a centralized system.
• Reassemble equipment after cleaning and replace guards and pans.
