Litehouse Foods in Sandpoint, Idaho is seeking a Sanitation Technician I to uphold top sanitation and food safety standards. The role features a Wed–Sun night shift (7:30pm–6:00am) with differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts and opportunities for overtime to support production demands.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food storage containers, tanks, and production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in multiple facility areas.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment using chemicals and water systems.
• Inspect completed sanitation tasks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to food safety policies and report any safety or quality concerns.
• Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and sanitation.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Sandpoint, Idaho

Shift: Wed., Thur., Fri., Sat., Sun., 7:30pm - 6:00am.
Starting Pay: $19.06/hr
Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr

• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment
