Job summary

Richelieu Foods in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a sanitation technician responsible for cleaning and sanitizing plant equipment, tools, and departments in a fast-paced environment.

You must follow sanitation procedures, be chemical certified, wear protective gear, and report equipment issues promptly. Prior sanitation and forklift experience a plus.

This role supports GMP compliance, housekeeping, and safety, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow GMPs and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating procedures.
• Chemical familiarity and basic certification help.

The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for the duration of the production shift; talk or hear; use hands or finger to handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is infrequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
