Job summary

Sedona Staffing in Monticello, WI seeks a Sanitation Technician to maintain clean, safe, sanitary conditions in the production facility. You will sanitize equipment, work areas and surfaces per company standards to support food safety.

Shift is 3rd, 9:30pm–6:00am, Monday–Thursday with some overtime on Fridays. Prior sanitation/food-processing experience is preferred; ability to work independently and in a team is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation, food-processing, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and work surfaces.
• Follow established sanitation procedures and food-safety requirements.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and sanitation equipment.
• Inspect areas after cleaning to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Report equipment, safety, or sanitation issues to supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain proper PPE.
• Complete required sanitation records and checklists accurately.
• Work effectively with production and quality-assurance teams.
