The Sanitation Technician position is responsible for maintaining the facility following written Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) for production to run product that meets all food safety requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) to make sure that all equipment and areas are cleaned on a regular basis
- Maintain the facility that is audit ready in a manner that meets all food safety requirements
- Clean production equipment following established SSOP’s
- Accurately and legibly maintain cleaning records
- Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Empty all trash and cardboard containers and dispose of properly
- Maintain the facilities outside grounds for cleanliness

Hours
- Weekly shift rotation / 2 consecutive days off per week / 40 hour week / 4 day weekend once a month / Work 20 days a month off 10 days
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Weekends are required on the rotation
- Overtime may be required
- Flexible schedule for holidays

- Mechanically Inclined
- Knowledge of Windows Software (Excel, Word, etc)
- Knowledge of Kleanz Software preferred

- Boom and Scissor lift experience
