Job summary

Gotham Greens is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize all facility equipment and production areas on a scheduled basis. The role requires working in tight spaces, following SSOPs and PPE guidelines, and maintaining safety standards throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while adhering to GMP and FSQA procedures. Training will be provided for proper cleaning methods and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask during shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all facility equipment and production areas on a scheduled basis.
• Clean quickly and effectively using Company approved materials and tools.
• Work in tight quarters and hard-to-reach areas (e.g., under grow lines).
• Strictly follow SSOPs, GMP, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain safe work practices per FSQA policies and dress code.
• Provide ideas to improve efficiency and cleaning practices to Lead or Supervisor.
• Support Operations with other duties as assigned.
