NATURE is seeking a Sanitation Technician to maintain a clean, compliant plant environment in Blaine, WA. The role involves following GMPs, executing sanitation tasks, and supporting continuous improvement while maintaining a safe work area.
The position requires passing lift certifications, English communication, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to undergo assessments and background checks. Includes strong benefits and a shift pattern of 4 on/4 off, 6 PM–6:30 AM.
Our Sanitation Techs are a cornerstone to our success as a plant--both to ensure a safe & clean facility, but also for the advancement of our processes and pushing benchmarks for our Master Sanitation schedule. While this role requires basic cleaning procedures and common plant auditing, ideal candidates will succeed on our team if they enjoy variety and are driven by a sense of accomplishment. We are also looking for team members who bring an open mind for learning and continuous improvement.
Must be willing to be boom lift/manlift certified, heights up to 30ft.
