Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking a sanitation worker to follow SOPs and clean production equipment to ensure safety and hygiene. You may record sanitation activity and report non-routine issues to the supervisor.

You will work across shifts, including weekends, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds (75 with hoist), and be trained to use a scissor lift at heights up to 20 feet. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude, with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Capable of working across all shifts including weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with a hoist.
• Certified to use a scissor lift for cleaning up to 20 ft.
• Trained and certified to perform Lock Out/Tag Out protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures in cleaning and sanitation of idle production equipment.
• Wet washes rooms and production lines.
• Complete required reporting reflecting activity.
• Advise supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
