McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Teammate in Hazelwood, MO.

You will keep offices, DC, and facilities clean and safe, performing a range of cleaning tasks across multiple areas to maintain a tidy environment in a fast-paced distribution setting. The role offers a Monday–Friday 2pm–10pm schedule, $16.50 per hour, and benefits starting after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, vacation and sick leave, holidays after 90 days, 401(k) profit

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; empty trash; replenish supplies.
• Sweep/mop floors and wash windows in break rooms and entrances.
• Clean dock plates, racks, and pallet areas in DC/Transportation.
• Paint interior and exterior as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.
