Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $25.40/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices.
• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Follows store Standard Operating Procedures and supports store programs and initiatives.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects and performs minor repairs.
• Participates in ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Assists with cleaning emergencies and maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, dressed appropriately, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Use hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling.
• Perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperature variations.
• Work in wet and cold environments; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Operate tools and heavy machinery as needed.
