Salary Range

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $25.40/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all store areas, including floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
• Support cleaning projects and perform minor repairs.
• Order supplies needed for store maintenance.
• Assist with cleaning emergencies.
• Help maintain store landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensure continual cleaning of all departments.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed appropriately, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Use hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Bend, twist, squat, and reach.
• Work with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Work in temperatures below 32°F, 32-40°F, and above 90°F.
• Work in wet and cold environments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate tools and heavy machinery as needed.
