Job summary

Urban Air Rockford is seeking proactive and meticulous individuals to join the sanitation team as Sanitation Team Members in Rockford, IL. Role includes cleaning floors, restrooms, attractions, and common areas while maintaining supplies and assisting with event setups.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with PTO accrual and employee discounts on meals and merchandise. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be able to work up to 40 hours weekly, and be available Fri–Sun.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience and be comfortable deep cleaning bathrooms.
• Must be able to work part-time 15-20 hours per week.
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week (full-time).
• Must have reliable transportation to/from the Park.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must follow directions and guidelines.
• Must work Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for high touchpoint sanitation initiatives.
• Clean Park floors utilizing floor scrubber and cleaning solutions.
• Clean attractions to remove debris and dust.
• Service, clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty waste containers and relocate trash to dumpsters.
• Spot clean walls and windows with cleaning solution.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers.
• Wipe down tables and counters throughout the operating day.
• Assist with in-Park event/conference setup; arrange tables and chairs.
• Maintain adequate stock of equipment and supplies.
• Clean parking lot daily; pick up debris and replace trash bags.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
