Job summary

Urban Air Gilroy is seeking proactive Sanitation Team Members to support our park operations. The role covers high touchpoint cleaning, restroom service, floor care, and trash removal across the attraction and parking areas.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from the Park.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week (part-time).
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week (full-time).
• Capable of lifting, pushing or pulling up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to follow directions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation initiatives with high touchpoint focus.
• Clean park floors with floor scrubber and cleaning solutions.
• Clean attractions and remove debris/dust.
• Service, clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty waste containers and relocate trash.
• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Wipe tables and counters during the day.
• Assist with in-park event setup; arrange tables and chairs.
• Maintain stock of equipment and supplies.
• Clean parking lot daily and replace trash bags.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from the Park
• Must possess the ability to work at least 15-20 hours per week (part-time)
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Willing and able to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.
• Willing and able to follow directions and specific guidelines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for high touchpoint sanitation initiatives
• Clean Park floors utilizing designated floor scrubber and cleaning solution(s)
• Clean attractions to eliminate unwanted debris/dust
• Service, clean and supply all restrooms
• Empty waste containers and relocate trash to the dumpster(s)
• Spot clean walls and windows using designated cleaning solution(s)
• Fill/refill paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers
• Wipe down tables/counters throughout the operating day
• Assist with in-Park event/conference set up; arrange tables and chairs
• Maintain adequate stock of equipment and supplies
• Clean parking lot daily; pick up debris, empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
