The Opportunity:
Job Type:Full-Time | Hourly
Pay:$24 – $27 per hour(based on experience)
Schedule:3:30 PM – Midnight(with potential for overtime and later end times based on business needs)

We are hiring a dependable and motivatedSanitation Team Leadto oversee and coordinate our off-shift sanitation team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant production environment while guiding team members and ensuring sanitation procedures are completed effectively and on time.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
  • Supervise and direct the off-shift sanitation crew
  • Assign tasks aligned with the Master Sanitation Schedule
  • Train team members on sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling
  • Oversee and verify disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food processing equipment
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure compliance with GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety standards
  • Enforce proper chemical usage and PPE requirements
  • Maintain sanitation documentation and escalate equipment/facility issues when needed
  • Support cross-functional teams and continuous improvement efforts
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
  • Previous experience leading a team or crew in sanitation or production
  • Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and food safety protocols
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts or scissor lifts
  • Able to work in wet, humid, or cold conditions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
