Join our Snacks plant in Cary, NC as a Sanitation Support and Painter, where you'll be part of a rich heritage of innovation and progress. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our plant environment, ensuring the well-being of our employees and the quality of our products. This position is a Monday through Friday position with a pay rate of $26.02 per hour.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

+ Industrial Painting - Clean and paint interior and exterior areas as needed.

+ Minor Repairs and Upkeep - Replace air filters and maintain inventory, perform housekeeping and inspections on HVAC units.

+ Equipment Sanitation - Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment throughout the bakery.

+ Safety Mindset - Operate equipment safely and report any unsafe work conditions.

We’re Looking for Someone With

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ Sitting, standing, walking, lifting (50lbs), and/or repetitive tasks throughout the day.

+ Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ General mechanical skills and the ability to use hand tools.
