Job summary

Capstone Logistics seeks a Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation operations at a site in Houston. You will train a team, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This is a hands-on role with opportunity to grow into site leadership. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/3PL setting, strong customer service skills, and solid budgeting and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a warehouse/3PL environment.
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; well organized.
• Experience reading P&L and creating management reports; budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules and supervise housekeeping teams.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient cleaning practices.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate replenishment with purchasing.
• Perform inspections, address issues promptly and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with front desk/maintenance for seamless operations.
