W3Global is seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor for the third shift at our Bay Shore facility. You will oversee sanitation operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance while meeting schedules.

The ideal candidate will have sanitation supervision experience in food processing, with knowledge of HACCP and USDA/FDA regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Experience in a USDA- or FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, microbiology, sanitation procedures, chemical safety, pest control, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work the third shift.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily sanitation activities and third-shift personnel.
• Ensure production equipment, machinery, and facility areas meet sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, USDA/FDA regulations, and company quality requirements.
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor sanitation procedures, documentation, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Support pest control programs, microbiological standards, and contamination prevention.
• Train and coach sanitation employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to ensure the facility is ready for production.
• Identify opportunities to improve sanitation processes, efficiency, and overall food safety.

Position Overview
