Job summary

• Review sanitation SOPs and master sanitation schedule; track KPIs.
• Lead shelf life testing and data reporting.
• Lead a team to monitor plant operations for safety and quality.
• Document audit/test data accurately in information systems.
• Provide guidance and expertise to the team.
• Supervise technicians and review daily paperwork.
