Job summary

A sanitation supervisor position is available at a leading food manufacturer in Rockford, IL. You will lead sanitation and pest control programs for the facility on the 2nd shift and drive improvements in efficiency and costs.

Must be a proven leader with food manufacturing sanitation experience, overseeing CIP/COP systems and environmental cleaning efforts to ensure plant standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership/management in Food Manufacturing & Sanitation.
• Knowledge and experience with diverse sanitizing applications.
• CIP / COP systems and process automation.
• Experience with environmental cleaning and problem solving with environmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop sanitation and pest control programs for the facility on 2nd shift.
• Develop standard work and drive turnaround efficiencies to improve total delivered cost.
• Act as a change agent and lead sanitation efficiency initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership with food manufacturing and sanitation experience.

One of the nation’s leading food manufacturers has created the position, Sanitation Supervisor in one of their growing plants. As the Sanitation Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and develop sanitation and pest control programs for the facility on 2nd shift. If you are a change agent and can lead sanitation efficiency including development of standard work and turn around efficiencies supporting improvements in plant total delivered cost, this is the job for you! Must be a leader with food manufacturing and sanitation experience.

Minimum requirements for this Sanitation Supervisor’s position:

• At least 2 years of leadership / management in Food Manufacturing & Sanitation
