The position requires 1 year in manufacturing, strong communication, and ability to train others. You will follow GMP guidelines, operate the SCADA system, and collaborate within a self-directed team environment at Rich’s facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train other associates in sanitation/environmental operations.
• Willingness to work as part of a self-directed work team.
• Proficiency with Rich’s SCADA system.
• Awareness of GMP and Food Safety guidelines.
• Understand operation and adjustment procedures for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles and sets up all production equipment; cleans using COP and CIP systems; verifies cleaning and setup; handles materials; operates material handling equipment; monitors CIP chemical concentrations.
• Maintains CIP chart recorders and logs; documents necessary information.
• Takes inventory of sanitation supplies; uses bioluminescence to verify CIP systems.
• Performs tasks per the plant Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of sanitation equipment.
• Trains new associates on required skills in Environmental Operations.
• Keeps work area safe and orderly per GMP and Safety guidelines.
• Operates Rich’s SCADA system and completes related paperwork.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Lead person.
• May train in other plant areas including Valve and Pump PM program.
