Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned global food company, seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead plant sanitation programs and regulatory compliance. The role develops short-term and mid-term plans, mentors staff, and ensures cleanliness and safety across production lines in Chicago Heights, IL.

Strong knowledge of GMPs/HACCP and production scheduling is essential. The candidate will collaborate with management, participate in the plant’s Steering Team, and supervise sanitation activities,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience in food-processing, pharma or chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, sanitation and HACCP.
• Understanding of production scheduling and run-rates.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and direct sanitation procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop 1-2 year and longer-term business plans for the plant operations.
• Mentor and motivate associates; ensure resources to perform.
• Ensure GMP and safety standards compliance across all departments.
• Coordinate with chemical supplier for product usage.
