Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service and safety in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and comply with safety.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment.
• Willing to learn and follow proper safety procedures with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the facility and processing equipment to established standards.
• Maintain facility and surrounding area in compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Remove trash and soil; clean floors, walls, ceilings as needed.
• Follow directions from supervisor and leads; duties assigned accordingly.
• Operate sanitation equipment following guidelines and wear protective gear.
• Be flexible with schedule; weekends and overtime may be required.
