Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Sanitation Team Member in Tolleson, AZ. The role supports daily sanitation activities, ensures high standards of food safety, and collaborates with line staff to keep the production area clean and compliant.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years in food production sanitation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and multiple benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or food production sanitation preferred.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine plant sanitation activities.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food safe.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on sanitation equipment.
• Understand and follow plant policies for materials on hold and retention samples.
• Communicate sanitation results to other teams within the plant.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and company food safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare accurate written documentation and assist in SOP development and training.
