Pilgrim’s is seeking a sanitation team member to clean and sanitize production areas and equipment in our poultry processing plants. You’ll follow USDA and company sanitation standards, use cleaning chemicals, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated setting. High school diploma preferred, prior sanitation experience is a plus, and we offer benefits and a competitive base hourly

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry, food industry, manufacturing, or industrial sanitation experience is a plus.
• Multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas according to USDA, food safety, and company sanitation standards.
• Prepare, mix, and safely apply cleaning chemicals following PPE and safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment and areas after sanitation to ensure proper cleanliness and report hazards.
• Maintain an organized, safe work environment by removing debris and storing tools and chemicals properly.
• Follow SOPs and all safety, food safety, and biosecurity guidelines.
