Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Sanitation Associate for the A shift (Mon-Wed, every other Thursday) from 6a to 6p in Winter Haven, FL. The role focuses on maintaining sanitation levels across facilities, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and grounds according to company standards.

You’ll use hand brooms, vacuums, scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to keep areas clean, manage waste, and support pest control systems. Previous sanitation experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest degree of sanitation in the facility.
• Operate tools and equipment (hand brooms, vacuums, scrubbers, scissor lifts, boom lifts) to meet sanitation standards.
• Empty and maintain trash cans and recycling containers.
• Maintain sanitation area, supplies, and inventory.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, and Food Safety standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
