Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Sanitation Associate to maintain sanitation levels across facilities, including warehouses, breakrooms, offices, restrooms and grounds based on location. You will use hand brooms, blowers, vacuums, powered scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to meet sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include trash/recycle management, pest control, inventory of supplies, and completing cleaning checklists while adhering to OSHA, MSDS, AIB, and Food Safety

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may not be temperature controlled.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest sanitation standards in the facility.
• Operate cleaning equipment including brooms, blowers, vacuums, powered scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Empty and maintain trash cans and recycling containers.
• Ensure pest control systems are working effectively.
• Maintain sanitation supplies and inventory.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, AIB and Food Safety Defense standards.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education
