You will partner with Quality and Production to eliminate losses while maintaining robust routines and coaching teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in production, maintenance, and/or quality operations; sanitation experience preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing/operations with HS diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of data analytics and KPIs for manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour sanitation accountability across shifts.
• Gather and input data onto DS boards and present findings in meetings.
• Be a key player on the Quality Structure Team executing 90-day improvement plans.
• Own sanitation processes for changeovers and defect handling.
• Develop and communicate CIP and sanitation schedules for the team.
• Provide development and coaching to team members to drive performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
