Whole Foods Market is seeking a maintenance-oriented Team Member to keep floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices clean and safe. You will support store teams, perform repairs, and assist with maintenance supplies while upholding health regulations and the company’s standards.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and required shifts are part of the job, with opportunities to contribute to store

Formación

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing 6–8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Helps maintain the store’s landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
