Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated maintenance team member to keep the floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices clean and safe. You will perform daily and weekly maintenance, assist with repairs, coordinate supplies, and support store teams while upholding WFM standards and customer experience.

Flexible shifts, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to health and safety regulations are required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrates teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs duties on daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Assists with ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies and store upkeep.
• Maintains landscaping and parking lot areas.
• Keeps all store departments continually clean.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
