Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Apple products) requested.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping: clean floors, walls, ceilings, vents, lights, equipment.
• Pre-operations checks on product contact surfaces.
• Identify improvements to processes via continuous improvement mindset.
• Follow GMPs and document duties.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Wear required PPE and handle chemicals safely.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
• Disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning/sanitation.
• Learn core production functions and work as part of a team or individually.
