Qualifications

• Willingness to actively participate in sanitation activities as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and task prioritization.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office; committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation activities to ensure compliance with procedures and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and take immediate corrective actions.
• Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with sanitation leadership to update protocols and guidelines.
• Manage inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Train and mentor sanitation staff on procedures, safety, and hygiene.
• Provide coaching to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and teamwork.
• Identify safety hazards and collaborate with health and safety teams to address them.
• Drive continuous improvement in sanitation processes and practices.
