Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Sanitation employee for the Fond du Lac, WI team. The role requires following SOPs for sanitation of drains, pallets, utensils and containers, and managing waste. Shift is 6PM–6AM with every other weekend off.

Ideal candidates have prior machine operator experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingess to learn forklift operation. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $19 with a $1 night shift premium.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with regular bending and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for drain sanitation.
• Clean pallets, utensils, and containers per SOP.
• Manage bailing of cardboard, plastic, sacks, and bags/containers.
• Clean Lunchroom and bathrooms; refill dispensers.
• Replenish supplies and replace bags; empty garbage.
• Ensure GMP compliance across the plant.

We are currently seeking a Sanitation employee to join the Fond du Lac, WI team.

Pay: $19.00 USD per hour plus $1.00 per hour for the night shift premium.

Shift: 6PM-6AM with every other weekend off.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow SOP’s for proper drain sanitation
• Follow SOP for cleaning plastic pallets.
• Follow SOP for cleaning of utensils and containers.
• Follow SOP for bailing cardboard, plastic, super sacks, and ingredient bags/containers.
• Cleaning of Lunchroom/Bathrooms
• Refilling Dispensers
• Replenishing Supplies when needed
• Emptying Garbage’s/Replacing bags
• Enforce plant wide GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
• Light heavy work - lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
