AGP is seeking a dynamic sanitation worker at our Eagle Grove, IA location. This entry-level role focuses on general clean-up, sanitation, and handling processing materials in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitary standards, handling materials, and training for utility and material handler roles. Pre-employment physical and drug screen are required; equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Must be able to read and understand manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Basic math skills.
• Takes initiative and works well in a team.
• Willing and able to work rotating day shifts, night shifts and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary standards for process areas and outside work areas.
• Handle processing materials and supplies as required by the operation.
• Keep loading and unloading areas to sanitation standards as directed.
• Train to perform the Utility and Material Handler position.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
