Job summary

Pro Found Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation across two nearby food-manufacturing facilities in southern Wisconsin. The role will oversee two supervisors and 23 sanitation employees and own sanitation programs including audit readiness, chemical usage, allergen controls and environmental monitoring.

The schedule will be coordinated with the FSQ Director, with regular visibility during second and third shifts as a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sanitation leadership in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, SSOPs and environmental monitoring.
• Experience leading sanitation teams and improving cleaning performance.
• Dairy or cheese manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience accepted.

We’re recruiting a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation across two nearby food-manufacturing facilities in southern Wisconsin. This person will oversee two supervisors and 23 sanitation employees while owning sanitation programs, audit readiness, chemical usage, allergen controls and environmental monitoring.

The schedule will be worked out with the FSQ Director, but regular visibility during second and third shifts is an important part of the role.

What we’re looking for:
