Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation operations in a food manufacturing facility. The role requires 3–5 years of sanitation leadership, with strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee sanitation teams, develop sanitation programs, and ensure compliance with SQF/GFSI, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, and OSHA. Travel between locations and overtime may be needed to support multiple facilities and shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SQF/GFSI, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, allergen control, and environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of chemical safety and OSHA requirements.
• Previous experience managing multiple facilities or shifts preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage allergen control and environmental monitoring programs.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Train and coach sanitation employees on safety and food safety procedures.
• Monitor sanitation performance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate sanitation activities across multiple facilities or shifts as needed.
• Partner with Quality, Production, and Operations teams to maintain a safe and sanitary facility.
