Job summary

Dierbergs Markets is seeking a Food Sanitation Maintenance Associate (Full-Time) to keep Bakery, Deli, Seafood, Meat, Salad Bar and Produce areas clean and functional. You will perform heavy-duty cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, coolers, drains, equipment and cases after product removal, and operate floor scrubbers, steamers, power washers, buffers, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude to learn and use cleaning chemicals, including understanding basic information (chemical names and product labels).
• Ability to navigate ladders frequently over extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently
• Read basic information (ex: chemical names and product labels)
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Prompt and regular attendance based on your schedule
• Adherence to our dress code, appearance and personal hygiene standards
• Associates in food handling departments are required to receive a Hepatitis A vaccination (MO only)

Food Sanitation Maintenance Associates keep our food production departments clean and running at the highest level. They are independent and have a strong attention to detail which helps with their responsibilities:
