Staffmark is seeking a Sanitation Line Technician in Chatsworth, CA to set up and sanitize production lines, ensuring product safety and quality. The role pays $19.00 per hour and follows a 3rd shift schedule (Tuesday–Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize sanitary process piping, fillers, pumps, totes, valves, and components as needed to transfer product.
• Operate forklift to move totes to and from fill lines.
• Support production lines by assembling piping from pumps to tanks and lines; assist in cleaning and sanitizing parts.
• Clean and sanitize high speed filling lines in accordance with SOPs and GMP.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

The Sanitizer Line Builder will be responsible for setting up and sanitizing production lines to ensure the safety and quality of our cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of sanitization procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities & Duties:

• Clean, sanitize assemble and/or dissemble sanitary process piping, fillers, pumps, totes, valves (mechanical and pneumatic) clamps, etc. as needed to transfer product from mix tanks, totes and bladders to filler machines.
• Operate forklift to move totes to and from fill lines.
• Support production lines by building piping from pumps to tank and/or production lines, assist in cleaning and sanitizing of parts needed for fillers, mix tank, totes valves and process piping.
• Cleaning and sanitizing high speed filling lines in accordance with company SOP's & GMP's .
