In this role, you will lead sanitation staff, coordinate cleaning efforts, and ensure procedures meet regulatory standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to train team members and maintain accurate sanitation records.

Qualifications

• Prior sanitation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lead by example and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Lead sanitation and housekeeping to meet cleanliness and regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation protocols and SOPs during shifts.
• Provide clerical support to review sanitation inventory and shift/pre-operational reports.
• Act as the point of contact during the shift for sanitation-related issues.
• Lead the sanitation team to maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Develop and implement sanitation procedures compliant with industry standards.
• Train sanitation staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
